These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of 37 up Club (“the Service”). By becoming a member or participating in any event, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. Membership Eligibility
1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to join the Service.
1.2. By signing up, you confirm that all information you provide is truthful and accurate.
1.3. Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who registered.
2. Code of Conduct
2.1. Members are expected to treat others with respect and kindness. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
2.2. Members must follow all event guidelines and instructions provided by organizers.
2.3. Members agree not to promote illegal activities, distribute offensive content, or engage in activities that may harm the reputation of the Service.
2.4. Failure to adhere to the Code of Conduct may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
3. Event Participation
3.1. Events are for registered members only. Non-members will not be allowed to attend without prior approval.
3.2. The Service reserves the right to deny entry to any individual for safety or behavior concerns.
3.3. Members are responsible for their own transportation to and from events.
3.4. The Service is not responsible for any disputes, misunderstandings, or personal issues that may arise between members.
4. Fees and Payments
4.1. Membership fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable, except in cases where the Service fails to provide promised events or services.
4.2. If your payment method fails, your membership will be suspended until payment is resolved.
4.3. The Service reserves the right to adjust membership fees with 30 days’ prior notice to members.
5. Cancellation and Termination
5.1. Members may cancel their membership at any time via their account portal or by contacting customer service.
5.2. Upon cancellation, access to events will cease at the end of the current billing cycle.
5.3. The Service reserves the right to terminate memberships for violations of these Terms or inappropriate behavior.
6. Privacy and Data Use
6.1. The Service will collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy
6.2. Members agree not to share personal contact details of other members without explicit consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Service is not responsible for any physical, emotional, or financial harm that occurs as a result of interactions between members.
7.2. Members participate in events at their own risk. The Service is not liable for accidents, injuries, or other unforeseen circumstances occurring at events.
8. Modifications to Terms
8.1. The Service reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or the website.
8.2. Continued use of the Service after changes to the Terms indicates your acceptance of those changes.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Texas].
